I would suggest giving a nice boost to her immune system in the form of some healthy smoothies :) My kids and I drink them daily and we're rairly sick. My 6 year old son has only had 2 colds in 4 months and my daughter--only 1. When they do catch them--they are very very mild and disappear in 1 or 2 days. We will never get off of them! ;)
1 banana (you can peel adn freeze them ahead of time if you wish)
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
3/4 cup frozen fruit of choice
2oz of POM brand pomegranate juice per person drinking
orange juice, water or milk to taste (my kids like them more on the watery side)
blend well and serve :)
