My daughter is 11 months old too and has just finally started sleeping through the night. I've really concentrated on getting the calories in during the day, because she was waking up very hungry at night. She is now an awesome napper and nighttime sleeper. I have no idea if it has to do with anything I've done or not, but here's our schedule (as you'll see, she eats often, but she is really healthy so I'm just going with it):
5:30 Wakes up for the day and nurses (you could do milk, or whatever)
8:00 breakfast (fruit and cheerios or fruit and toast)
9:00-10ish nap
10:00 nurse
12:00 lunch (a veggie of some sort, some cheese or tofu or other protein, and crackers or noodles or some other starch)
2:00 nurse, then nap until about 4
4:30 snack (graham crackers, sippy of water)
6:00 dinner (a veggie and/or fruit, and usually some of what we're having-spaghetti, fish, quessadillas, whatever, plus she always gets a serving of whole milk yogurt)
7:00-7:30 bedtime (bath, jammies, story, nursing, singing)
Wow, when I write that down, she eats ALOT!! :)
Hope this helps!
