Advocare is phenomenal! Yes, cleanses can be icky, but it is an excellent way to start feeling better and losing weight. Ask any personal trainer, they will tell you they love Advocare products.
Has anyone done the 24 day challenge with advocare? Please share experiences.

I did and loved it!!! lost 9 inches and 5.5lbs!!!! I didnt have that much to lose but felt good afterwards!!!
I started it a few months ago. I got through the cleanse ok but could not handle all the pills of the rest of the days so quit. I liked the spark in the packet form, then signed up to be a distributor to get a break on the price of products and got the spark in canister form and had a terrible reaction to it. I have not taken any products since.
I attempted it very recently. I made it through one week. After taking the nasty fiber drink for 3 days, I became extremely constipated. I was told that I wasn't drinking enough water. I was drinking over 100 oz at the time. Then I was told I needed to take more of their pills, that would solve the problem. There was no rationale as to why that would help. My stomach was so distended that I thought I was going to have to call the doctor. I took a major laxative and was able to get things moving again. Ultimately I lost 2 pounds that first week, but I wondered if I wouldn't have lost 2 pounds just by eating as well as I had been, but without the really expensive supplements. I know the program works for some people, but it wasn't a good fit for me. Way too much money spent just for me to start eating better.
I'll be interested to see the responses you get. I tried a couple of thier powdered protien shakes and they are very good and VERY filling. I didn't care for the energy drink mix. It really looked like a pretty good program but very pricey.
