Hello!
I am starting to think about birthday party venues for early January when my son will be turning 5.
We hve been to so many bounce places, that I want something different now. There will be around 30 kids plus adults so we need a venue that can accommodate that many people. Areas can be towards KOP, Norristown, Chestnut Hill, Lansdale... I just want something super fun and special, that the other kids have not been to 100 times. Nothing against bounce parties, they are a lot of fun and we enjoyed them all :-)
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

What can I do next?

Bowling parties can be fun. My triplets are turning 8 and next weekend are having a bowling party at Earl Bowl in Earlington (Telford). There's so many places out there that are so expensive. It's ridiculous. I know some have done Chuck E Cheese.

I feel the same way about bounce house parties so we did my son's 4th birthday at the YMCA and it was a big hit. Reasonably priced too. The Y near our house is really nice (Spring Valley), not sure about the ones in your area. I know they can accomodate a large crowd. It was nice because they have a person that organizes and does the activities with the kids so there was really not much for me to do with regards to planning. They had a lot of great equipment for the kids to use.

You could go to Arnold's Family Fun Center in Oaks (go karts, arcade, bowling, laser tag, rides, etc), Greater Plymouth Community Center in Plymouth Meeting (the have indoor pool parties, sports parties, etc), Dave and Busters in Plymouth Meeting (unless you have a lot of little kids), or Facenda Whitaker Bowling in Norristown. Good luck!
