It's hard to say in ounces how much my daughter eats solids-wise. But she usually eats about a half of a tub/jar of baby food and a container of the YoBaby yogurt mid-morning. Then in the evening she has 1 to 1 1/2 jars. In her bottle before bed, I add two scoops of rice cereal. I used to feed her solids more than this, like 3-4 times a day. But she started drinking less at bottle time, so I backed off on the food. I think as long as your baby gets the recommended amount of formula/breastmilk, it doesn't really matter how much they eat when it's time for solids. It's mainly just to get them used to eating real food anyway, not really for nutrition. My daughter varies with the amount of solids from day to day, and I just go along with it. But I do have to watch her ounces of formula, and back off of solids from time to time. It's tough to get her to meet the 24 ounce minimum when she's eating alot. Good luck!
