When my son was sick like that not too long ago, I gave him warm Chamomile Tea. It is really good for settling upset stomachs and the warmth will help too.

Hi, my son is two and on sunday he throw up his entire dinner, or it might have been the milk he had or his breakfast that day, I DON'T KNOW, but on Monday... he ate very little the whole day, no throw up and no bowel movement , on tues... he ate more, i gave him Milk and he pooped twice, very water and very yellow, abviously he's still sick. Yesterday i didn't give him milk at all (waiting for him to go normally ) but he ate more. He's been fussy though, I've been sticking to the BRAT diet since tues, and today, still no bowel movement, ate all his breakfast/lunch, and the rice milk he isn't liking. I need to give him something to substitute the milk because that soothes him at night before bedtime and he ask for it. Is almond milk ok to give him or what else can I give him , don't want to upset his tummy more.
Pedialyte -he didn't like it :(

Don't give him any dairy products at all. Give him some pedialite. It is a miracle,really. Just continue with broth soup , crackers, maybe a little fruit until he feels better. Hang in there, mom =)
I agree with the no diary. It will sour his tummy. Gatorade? My kids don't like pedilite either. Hope he feels better, sounds like a bug :(
The American Academy of Pediatrics doesn't recommend the BRAT diet anymore after an illness like this, but instead recommends returning the child to their regular diet as soon as possible. The BRAT diet doesn't have enough nutrients to allow the child's GI tract to recover. They do suggest yogurt - so maybe a smoothie before bed?
peppermint tea. if he wont do the tea even a candy cane will help a little but be careful of the sugar. Although you may be able to find sugar free ;0) even better.
I know that when my son has been sick, he does take a few days of not eating much, and not having any normal BMs. Our doctor recommended yogurt as a replacement for milk. After GI illnesses with throwing up & diarrhea, she said that kids lose a lot of those good enzymes and bacteria that break up dairy easily. However, yogurt has a lot of that good bacteria built in, and it's a good way for kids to get the milk comfort as well as the good bacteria buit back up in their system. Also, my son really likes a sippy cup of really cold water when he hasn't been feeling well- even at bedtime instead of his usual milk. It's fluid, keeps him hydrated. A day or two with not much to eat is not that bad - and with the BM - motility will usually start back up when they start eating again. At least that's how it works with my kids. Just watch and see if your sons general demeanour is improving, and go see your pediatrician if it's not.
Gatorade if he won't drink pedialyte. His reaction may not be from anything he ate but just from an intestinal "bug" that we all get from time to time. I'd start to add in some other foods if he's been on BRAT since Tues. Try adding oatmeal cereal, it's still bland but has good fiber.
We have given our daughter chamomile tea for an upset tummy, and honestly, she has never been too into it. She will, however, happily down a cup of soy milk (unflavored) in lieu of regular milk any old time.
Peppermint tea with honey. Peppermint tea helps soothe an upset stomach and honey has healing properties. Plus it tastes yummy.
