If they are intact, then maybe nothing will happen. It is also possible that they will discolor over time.
My daughter fell off a scooter and hit her mouth on something (the ground?) and BROKE her front permanent tooth off. In half. The dentist repaired it the next day (it happened on a holiday of course), by essentially making a filling and re-creating the broken off part, adhering it to the back of the remaining parts of her tooth. You cannot tell anything eve happened. It looks perfect.
But, he warned that over time, if there was any nerve damage, that the remaining part of her natural tooth may discolor. Either turn dark yellow or gray. And it may not happen anytime soon. (This happened almost 2 years ago and so far, still looks perfect). Sometimes, adults have teeth that are discolored because of some mind trauma from childhood that "eventually" causes the tooth to turn colors. And it may have been such a mild trauma that the person doesn't even know what they did or remember doing anything to their tooth. Comforting, right? lol
But, with baby teeth, there isn't really a nerve I don't think. The danger is probably more that it could have pushed up into the underlying permanent tooth and damaged IT'S root/nerve from the pressure/impact. If it did, there really isn't anything you can do about it.
Since her baby teeth are a bit loose, just try to keep her from the temptation to mess with them. And same goes for you: no more tugging at them to "see" if they are loose. ;)
And soft foods only. Liquids only if you can swing it. No straws!
