Breast milk can be left out for 4 hrs at room temperature: http://www.llli.org/faq/milkstorage.html
After I pumped, I accidentally left breast milk out for 2 hours. Half was refrigerated and half was freshly pumped. It smells okay but wanted input on if I should keep it or toss it (mainly bc of the refrigerated portion). I hate to throw it away but.....
Thank you!
Thanks for the replies. I was more concerned about the refrigerated milk sitting out, but it seems like it should be fine. I appreciate all the feedback!

it's generally good for six
My mom (a nurse) says the rule of thumb is that it can be left out at room temp. for 4hours. I'd say its fine- I'd keep it.
All's good for 6 to 8 hrs at room temp. In fridge, up to 5 days.
