Try Clinique's BB cream. It is suppose to even skin tone and fade spots.
Does anyone know a good product to get rid of them or at least lighten them? I have bad scarring from when I was on Nuvaring. It made me break out horribly and they were so painful. It's been almost 2 years and the scars got a little better but you can still see them even if I wear make up.

The best thing I know of is microdermabrasion. It sort of smooths out everything. That should help. If you can, go to a dermatologist to have it done. I know a lot of salons do it, but I would go to a doctor for maximum benefit.
I hope they get better, I know that's no fun.
Retin-A cream (from the dermatologist) has done wonders for my acne scarring.
Start with Retin A. If you can afford it, you might want to consult a surgeon who specializes in laser resurfacing. With the right laser, you can work wonders.
However, for deep scarring I would only use a laser that seriously peels the skin. I haven't researched lasers lately so I don't know which kind is best.
If you decide to go this route, do your research on the doctor.
I highly recommend micro-dermabrasion. Most salons offer it, but I like the Mary Kay at home kit, it's only $50 and lasts about a year. I'm sure there are other brands that offer them but I don't know about the quality. I had chicken pox scars on my face since I was a baby, and started using the Mary Kay micro-dermabrasion when I was 29. It only took a few months and they scars were completely smoothed out.
A lot of skin issues come from the inside out. That's where your scarring first began. An absorbable multivitamin as well as a high grade grape skin and grape seed extract will do wonders. The microdermabrasion is make the healing move along faster if you want to do that but nutrition is always the key to healing. I got rid of terrible crows feet around my eyes by nutrition.
If you want more specifics, let me know. Hope this helps!
