try cutting out all soy proteins & milk proteins- hidden as well- look at ingredients for hidden dairy such as casein,whey, etc

Just wondering if you are referring to an adult or a child??

If you are referring to a child, there are many small behavioral and environmental changes that can be made to address symptoms of hyperactivity, impulsiveness, and inattention.
There is a lot of literature that reports many of the daily products (household cleaners, soaps, etc) we use have harsh chemicals that are linked to cancer, ADD, and many other health problems. There is a site www.unsafehomes.com that provides more info on this.

I have heard about Essential Fatty Acids in the diet are a good thing. Also there is an herbal supplement at a health food store called "Calm Child" That a friend of mine swears by, she has 2 sons with ADHD. She does that in addition to a vitamin called DHA. Good luck!

Also another thing about ADHD, make sure to give your child lots of time outside if they are on the hyper side and consistancy consistancy consistancy! Good luck!

I do know of something which helps kids with ADD and ADHD. It's called Monavie. It's a nutriotional juice blend made up of 19 different fruits. It helps with other things (heartburn, chron's disease, diabetes, lowers cholesteral, helps with joint pain, arthritis and lots more), but speaking from personal experience, it's helped my friend's son with ADHD. It calms him and helps him focus, which in turn helps him listen and be better all around.
