Eye liner. Easy to get off with eye make-up remover. I did this with my daughter last Halloween. She was a lion and I drew wiskers and made the tip of her nose black too.
My 1 1/2 yr old is going to be a football player for halloween. I can't find the eye paint that they put under their eyes anywhere in our town. Any creative ideas of what I could use in place of it?

Hi`
Eyeliner would probably work great and if not, take some black massacra and smear it under his eye. Hope that helps.

Facepaint Recipe
1 tsp. Cornstarch
½ tsp. Cold cream
1/4 tsp. Black food coloring
1/4 tsp Purple food coloring
Purple and Black food coloring.
Mix together cornstarch and cold cream until well blended. Add 1/2 tsp food coloring and stir. Add extra food coloring one drop at a time until you get the desired color.
Realize that anything this dark is likely to stain his skin for a few days.
Just use eyeliner pencil or dark eye shadow
No need to spend money on a product that may never be used again
The players in the NFL wear stickers these days. You might get non-latex band-aids and paint them with a sharpie. After they dry, cut to fit your little one and stick in place.
Good Luck!
I was thinking black shoe polish but being so young not sure about that, you could use black eyeliner and maybe smear it because it will be really hard to rub off so probably would not get in his eyes or mouth. Do you know any football players in your town or maybe you could call the local school and ask to speak to the football coach, I bet the coach would be more than happy to help promote the little one being a football player.
Hi, if you go to party city there's a section with cowboys party stuff..they actually have the stickers that you put under the eyes.
good luck
happy halloween..
Barbara,
If you have a wine cork, you can burn the end of it with a match and rub the charcoal (after it's cooled a bit, of course)under his eyes. It's not "pain" per se, but it will have the same effect.
Good luck!
You could try black lipstick or a washable crayola marker.
go to your local sally beauty supply store. usually around this time they have little tubes of black lipstick for .99 that works just the same as anything else.
a small bit of mascara would work
How cute!
Use black face paint. It's cheap and easy.
You could just use regular Halloween face paint like the kind that you can get at the dollar store or wal-mart. There is almost always a black stick in those.
Barbara,
Hobby Lobby has body crayons that would work for the black stripe under the eyes. We like to use them when the cousins are over and pretend they are tattoos. It washes off easily too.
The halloween department at the store has face paint I am sure that you could use too. Good luck. I am sure that he will be cute.

HI Barbara,
My friend is going to do that also and i suggested to her black eyeliner. Just draw it on and it should remove really easy with eye makeup remover!!! I bet he will look adorable!!

The today show had an episode this past week on how to dress your son as a football player. I can't remember what they used in lieu of paint, but check out their website as I'm sure it's in there somewhere. Good luck!
Try a little water removable black mascara smudged well under his lower eye lid.
Black eyeliner. He's small so it won't take a lot.
Baseball players wear the eyepaint under their eyes too. Have you tried the baseball section at Academy or other local sports store?
If all else fails.... electrical tape... easy on... easy off.. LOL..
I would suggest eyeliner, black lipstick, mascara... but the electrical tape COULD work.
MAC black eyeshadow, black tape, black marker in a band aid, black chalk,.....
You should be able to find regular halloween face paint at any store that sells costumes. I would just use black face paint, or eye liner. I've even seen black lipstick in the halloween section at WalMart. Good luck.
I would try a hypoallergenic eyeshadow or eye liner. These would be pretty sensitive for him. I wouldn't use any paint or any sort of mixture.
