After this baby I've had daily night sweats, not just once but the several times a day I sleep in small clips (nap when the baby naps). Ob tells me these are normal and due to cha gi g hormones. As a result my hair is greasy and limp and my scalp
Is itchy.

I don't color my hair. I don't use styling products, I only towel dry.

Any tips or suggestions or should I grin and bear it?

What can I do next?

Night sweats continued for me until I was done breastfeeding (18 months) - annoying but normal. I found that they were better if I dressed only in breathable cotton. While fleece sleep pants are comfortable for lounging, they made it much worse. For a top, around the house I would wear a nursing tank with a light shirt that buttoned up the front, and for naps I would just wear the tank.

I also wore a lot of ponytails during that time...

I had night sweats when I breastfed. I'd wake up and my pillow was drenched. My doctor said it was totally normal.
I used to put my hair up in a bun on top of my head. Scraped it all up so at least my neck wasn't getting it all wet. Not sure how long your hair is.
I also had to switch to a different shampoo. I did a deeper cleansing type and skipped conditioner, or just on the very ends of my quite long hair.
Greasiness can cause it to be itchy. If I don't shower after working out, I get super itchy - same type of thing.
Good luck :)

The things that happen after birth. After I had my son, I starting losing a lot of hair every day and could not get it to behave. It did not happen with either of my other pregnancies and they were all breastfed. Once I went back to taking the prenatal vitamins, I did not lose as much and it was a bit better to style the way I wanted it. I took the prenatals until he was past 1 yr. He stopped bf at 2 yrs 3 months.

You might be able to use one of my favorite camping tricks - dry shampoo. It's a powder you shake on, rub in, then comb out. It won't leave your hair feeling shower fresh, but it will cut down on the greasiness so that you don't fell like you need a shower every single time you sleep. The powder absorbs oils and carries them away when you comb it out.

Oh, I so know what you are going through!
When I was pregnant I was holding a LOT of water.
Giving birth I dropped 20 lbs.
Over then next 2 weeks I dropped an additional 20 lbs - all in water weight.
Here I was done being pregnant, I finally had my kidneys and bladder to myself again and I was sweating and peeing like never before.
For several months I felt almost like I was going through menopause - hot flashes and night sweats all the time.
But eventually it all leveled out and my system was back to normal.
One thing that changed permanently - I went up 2 shoe sizes.
Before pregnancy I wore 7 1/2.
Afterward (and to this day) I wear 9 1/2.
Oh well - great reason to buy new shoes!
