You are most likely fine, dont stress too much, take Dawn's advice.
Oh help! I had terrible, AWFUL cramps 2 days ago so I took Aleve and ended up with the heating pad on my stomach for about 3 hrs. I really thought my period was coming, but now I just took a pregnancy test and it's possible that I'm pregnant. Have I done something terrible to hurt my baby? I know that NSAID's are a BIG no-no in the last 3 months of pregnancy, but what about the 1st month? I'm going to take another pregnancy test in a couple of days to make sure, but I'm really worried.
Haven't been to the doctor yet, but definitely need to make an appt because I've taken 3 tests and they're all positive.

Sounds like me! I had MAJOR implantation cramping-and today my baby boy started 1st grade!! Don't worry about the Aleve, just don't take it again.
I'm sure you're fine. Call your local pharmacist and ask. It'll make you feel better.

i was so0 freakd out when i found out i was pregnant.. thought i was about 5 weeks along.. turns out i was 9 weeks .. well for those 9 weeks not only had i taken aleve and tylonal pm countless times -i had a rediculous work schedule but thats a whole nother story- but i was also smoking cigarettes and drinking.. i was beyond paranoid.. but now my daughter is 5 weeks old and coulddnt be anymore perfect.. try not to stress over it, just let your doctor know about it
It might have been implantation cramping (I had it pretty bad with my first pregnancy)... it was serious cramping and I thought for sure my period was coming... turns out - I was pregnant.
If it was implantation cramping, the baby may not have even gotten anything...
call your pharmacy or doctor to confirm, but I wouldn't worry too much about it.
It was probably implantation pain you had which means the placenta is not yet formed. I would call the doctor during office hours and relax. On top of that, medical advice changes all the time. In my mom's age it was considered ok for the expectant mom to drink a relaxing glass of wine, my MIL was told not to nurse and to bottle feed instead (hubbie is just fine, but just saying opinions and advice change). There are mom's with illnesses that require them to keep taking meds while pregnant.
From http://www.parentingweekly.com/pregnancy/pregnancy_inform...
About a week after conception, as the fertilized egg, or blastocyst, nestles into your uterine wall, it begins forming the placenta, often called the “tree of life.” The placenta is a vital link between you and the burgeoning fetus, providing your growing baby with nourishment and oxygen, while disposing of waste and protecting against dangerous toxins.
Although your blood carries nutrients to your baby and transports wastes away, your blood doesn’t actually mix with your baby’s. The placenta acts as a blood filter, with your blood and your baby’s separated by a thin membrane that allows oxygen, nutrients, and waste to cross, but keeps the blood from ever mixing. This explains how you may have a different blood type than your baby without causing any problems.
