Love, love, LOVE it! We bought it when our first child was born and it gave us such peace of mind that we gladly would have paid twice the price. Just to skip those moments of panic when the baby sleeps longer than expected or through the night for the first time is so worth it. We're now using it for our second and I recommend it to everyone I know. There have been a few false alarms that of course take a few years off your life, but if you follow the advice in the manual, they won't happen often. Angelcare is also a great sound monitor for when your child outgrows the need for the movement sensor. Good luck!

I loved mine! It definitely gave me peace of mind. Also, I live in a very old house with some of the walls being plaster and had no problem with reception or feedback. It is an excellent investment! The other neat part is that you can disconnect the movement sensor and just use it as a monitor as they get older. Message me if you want to buy a used one.

I LOVE IT. When my 2nd daughter was 3 months old, my friend lost her 2 month old to SIDS. I didn't have the money for a movement monitor at the time, but I was so traumitized by this babies death that I slept on a mattress in my living room for about 6 months, with my baby next to me in her car seat. I didn't sleep. She didn't sleep. I would stay awake and watch her breathe, and I was constantly touching her to make sure she moved. It was awful.

With my 3rd baby, I wouldn't even bring him home from the hospital until my fiance went out, bought the monitor, and had it in his crib. The peace of mind is worth every cent. I was going to remove it once he turned a year, but now that he's 15 months and a climber, I like that it alerts me if my little monkey climbs out of the crib ;) It also tells us the temperature in his room, which is great since for some reason his room tends to be the coldest/warmest room in the house.

YOU NEED THIS! Every parent needs this :)

Everybody is right, is worth every cent and for every second. I love it, you can have some sleep, this thing is very sensitive and if you pick up your baby without turn it off it would sound like crazy.. You wont be disappointed and you wont be so tired either. You will be able to sleep in peace, I promise you! Good luck!

My baby would only sleep on her tummy. I tried for weeks to get her to sleep on her back, but she would not sleep. So I ordered the Angelcare movement monitor so I would feel at ease about her sleeping on her tummy. It has been awesome! Yes, we have had a few false alarms but only because she is a mover and will move into a corner and away from the sensor. It's a bit pricey, but so worth the peace of mind. There is one that comes with two sensor pads, and I wish I would have bought that one.
