Do you have any sugestion? Also I have mitral valve prolapse with a little regurgitation.do you think I can still exercise?

You have symptoms of low blood sugar. You don't have to have a diagnosis of diabetes to have fluctuating blood sugar levels.

A diet higher in protein will help stabilize BS. Less simple carbs, more complex carbs, like oatmeal or English muffins.

Eat more often. Eating small meals every two hours will stabilize BS, too.
When you have a snack, make it with a protein like, a cheese stick, peanut butter, humus, cottage cheese. Start you day off well.

This is a breakfast sandwich from Dr. Oz.

1 Triple Health English muffin
1 egg cooked in olive oil
1 piece of Swiss cheese
A slice of avocado
A slice of tomato

If it still have problems, see a doc.

With any kind of chronic medical condition, you really need to seek your doctor's advice on this.

Rather than eating less, maybe try changing what you eat? A diet heavy in carbs will result in fluctuating blood sugar throughout the day. Focus instead on meals with lean protein and vegetables instead of carbs like potatoes, rice, or pasta.

I would talk with your doctor. They are the only ones that can tell you with certainty what you can safely do as far as exercise.
I have mitral valve prolapse and I can still exercise. Mine is on the lower end of the scale in regard to severity, I don't know where you fall or if it would effect your abilities. I also have asthma. I also have a heredity knee problem in both knees. I have to find the right exercises for my body's needs. I am not comfortable running but I can walk long distances for instance.
As for food. It's not just about eating less. It is about eating better. Some of it is smaller portions but not all of it. Never skip meals, just have smaller meals spaced out throughout the day. Don't cut too many calories all at once. Do it gradually to get yourself used to it. Don't drop from a 2500 daily intake to 1500 over night for instance. Your body goes into starvation mode and hangs on to everything thinking it's starving. Make sure your foods are balanced, don't cut out whole food groups for the sake of loosing weight. You need all the parts of the food pyramid, including breads and grains for your body to work at it's best. Make sure you are drinking enough. The general rule of thumb is to drink at least half your body weight in ounces. So if you weight 100 lbs you should drink no less than 50 ounces. You need to increase that if you have been sweating, you're exercising, it's hot or overly cold (Yes, coldness sucks moisture from your body too), or if you're breastfeeding.
Just getting up and lightly exercising will boost your energy even if you have none to get started. Making yourself get up and move everyday helps. It's OK to have a veg day now and again though if you've had an overly rough day caring for the kids. Rest is good for you too.

My main suggestion is that you talk to your doctor and get a complete physical.

Weight gain or loss is determined by the difference between the calories you eat (take in) and the calories you expend (put out). So it's not simply eating less. You want to think about eating less of the things that don't help you be healthy, and more of the things that do help you to be healthy (so, although you don't want to BE a vegetable, you do want to EAT them. Sorry - couldn't resist). Your doctor will help you get started.

If you get dizzy, you might have some low blood sugar. That's another thing to check with your doctor about. I imagine you could exercise, but get his/her recommendation on what sort of exercise to do and how much of it.

Dieting does NOT mean not eating or eating less.
I am not a Doctor, but you need to... eat frequently throughout the day. Grazing between main meals. Snacking on healthy stuff. ie: an apple. An orange. A banana. A yogurt cup. A handful of nuts. Protein. A boiled egg or something. Quinoa, is something that looks like a whole grain, but it is actually full, of protein. And it tastes good and is easy to make and season.
Graze throughout the day. So that, your blood sugar levels, do not... drop and cause you to get dizzy.

Eating healthy means, knowing how, to eat. Eating healthier.
Substituting junk food for healthier alternatives.
Even per chips... there are healthy alternatives. There are LOTS of healthier alternatives to junk food nowadays.
Whole grain, chips. Pita chips.
Go to Whole Foods and see all the healthier alternatives they have.
ASK someone at the store, for tips and food purchasing ideas.
They are very, knowledgeable and helpful, there.

AND you need to see your Doctor.... before you just guess and do it yourself. Because, you have a heart problem.
And ASK your Doctor, if you can exercise or what you can or cannot, do.

You shouldn't start a diet or exercise plan without the permission of your doctor.
S/he may suggest frequent, small meals and snacks throughout the day.
Good luck!

Check out the DASH diet. It is a healthy way to eat and lose weight. You need to regulate your blood sugar by eating more often, but making healthy choices when you do eat. Starving yourself is not a good way to diet. Also, if you do have anxiety, you may be eating to distract yourself from the anxious feelings.

The Dr. Oz site has a 2 part DASH diet plan. The first part is to jump start weight loss.

As far as the health conditions--check with your dr. But I'm guessing you will be able to (and should) exercise. Weight loss might help with both of those issues.

weight loss is 80% eating, 20% exercise. eat small meals, lots of protein and water. I'd ask a dr about exercise.. maybe walking but I wouldn't feel comfortable saying you could. Frequent snacking keeps metabolism raised and glucose levels steady. You can lose weight without exercise and no exercise... I've done it. But always make sure to get checked out to see if you have restrictions. good luck!
