I don't think you can access their website without a subscription but it is well worth getting a subscription to the magazine "Living Without". It is full of wheat free/casein free recipes and great articles.
We eat lots of rice instead of pasta. San-J has gluten free soy sauce and several new GF sauces. I can make most asian recipes GF. They use hardly any dairy products so you won't have to worry about the casein. A rice cooker cooks perfect rice every time. You can cook brown or white rice. I have even made spanish rice in my rice cooker. It worked great. Tinkyada has the best GF noodles. I buy a case of white rice noodles from Amazon, I like them better than the brown rice ones. Amazon has a huge selection of GF products and there is no shipping costs. Whole Foods also has a large GF section.
