Ask away. I don't know of any certified lactation consultants here - but we are a bunch of mom's with breast feeding experience!! Each one of us has a different story!!!

I agree....post away. A lot of us have been through a LOT while nursing. I'm currently nursing a 22 month old, and have been through just about everything with it! :)

I used to be with La Leche when my kids were younger. i helped a few women with latch on complications...and such. I cant make any promises but I can try online help.

You can also ask Qs at La Leche League's site (similar forum to mamapedia)--regular moms and trained leaders will be giving you advice there.

Not a lactation consultant, but if you ask my friends, I am theirs!! :-P I agree with the other posts - ask away!! Lactation consultants are great, but sometimes if you don't have access to one, an experienced BFing mom can be just as helpful!! :-)

I have 4 kiddos and I breast fed each of them and I have had 4 very unique experiences. Lactation consultants are great for support and helping you with an issue that they can visibly identify like if the baby isn't latched or even sucking correctly but for basic questions, I think a lot of mothers here on this site can help out.
