Anyone Can Give Some Insite on a "Real" Work at Home Business That's Not a Scam

Hi L., I have my own home business as a Mary Kay Consultant. So I'm going to put this out there for you and you can let me know what you think. I have 2 boys and I am able to stay home with them like I want to. I also recently went back to school full time. There are NO quotas so I work when I want to. The only time I have to do work outside of the home is when I have facials or skin care classes scheduled. We have training or meetings every Monday night and their optional. I am going to check back on your request, because I too tried to find a real work from home position. I think they are basically all scams.
If I were you, I would market yourself to small businesses like law firms, doctor's offices, etc and offer your payroll and administrative services on a per hour basis.
