Anyone Remember the Evenflo Supersaucer? I Am in Search of the Fabric Seat!

Back in '99 I purchased this excersaucer for my son and now that my sister's baby has come along, we'd like for her to use it for when she visits my mom. Being the neat freak/pack rat that I am, I saved EVERYTHING in its original boxes and packaging except the instructions. My parent's poked fun and asked me to get my baby things out of their garage as I was 21 and single when I had my son and did not anticipate any more children for years to come. Well, now that our sweetness Ava has arrived, they are now thankful their home is complete with a crib and toys for when she comes to visit (8 years fly and everything still works!). Although the saucer is complete and in excellent condition, the fabric seat is MIA. I tried to google it but I only get pictures and ebay ads. If anyone has the factory number to Evenlfo or better yet the saucer with it's original fabric seat, please e-mail me! I just need the seat that attaches to the saucer. Thanks!

What can I do next?

I have a saucer... I believe it's what you are looking for. Mine is in excellant shape! I went to bring lots of stuff to Goodwill just last week and "they dont' take baby items"?! How dumb!! So here I sit with this that is in awesome condition. I can send you a picture. If it's the same we can figure out how to get it to you!

Hi Nina. It's funny. I was just out in the garage and noticed our exersaucer that needs to be thrown out because it is broken. I think that it is the same that you are looking for. You can have our seat. It probably needs a washing but it's yours if you want it. Email me and let me know. ____@____.com. I live in Barrington.

Have you tried the evenflo website? It is www.evenflo.com I know that they have a link for replacement parts, and if you can't find the one you are looking for, there should be a customer service number. My infant carseat is an evenflo, and 2 1/2 years ago when I found out I was having a girl, I went pink with everything including the carseat... Then my son came along this past December, and I didn't want to put him in a pink carseat so I got in touch with a customer service person and she even sent me email swatches of choices of a new fabric color. Good luck on your search!

I recommend buying a used one on craigslist or looking at garage sales. There are so many older exersaucers for sale (some with missing/broken toys) that it would probably be easier to just get the fabric off of one of those (for $5 or so). Since you can wash it, it would be fine as long as it connects in the same way to your exersaucer. (Some of the toys now have different connectors than the older ones -- not sure about the seat). good luck!
