Def call a dentist and have X-rays so they can determine/mitigate any damage done. I'd have that done before the sun sets today.
My ds knocked his two front too baby teeth when he took a spill yesterday. They weren't loose before but are now. Are there any special precautions I need to take? Will this impact his adult teeth?
Thanks

The dentist said to keep an eye on it. The tooth may remain too loose in the socket may break then heal, may discolor and stay discolor end or the discoloration might resolve or the tooth might fall out or even tighten up again. If ds has pain or swelling we are to bring him in at which point they will run x rays then do nothing but monitor, extract, or glue the tooth in place.
Thanks for your advice.

Have you called your dentist? That's what I would do.
Obviously you need to call the dentist, but if it makes you feel better, a friend's son knocked a front tooth out entirely, and he had no problem. He has a gorgeous smile now as an adult.
I don't believe it will impact his adult teeth. However, best to check with dentist to make sure you're not supposed to do something.
My brother ran into a child as a preschooler and knocked his front teeth out. His adult teeth came in fine. The only thing is - he had trouble pronouncing TH. I don't know if that's because he lost his teeth - but he ended up having to do a little bit of speech therapy later on once he had teeth. He's fine now - no worries.
Poor little one. On the flip side - sometimes those teeth will stay in but be loose for a long time. My youngest has had two wobbly upper teeth for months and months. No sign of coming out.
How old is he? I took my daughter to the dentist when she was 4 and was shocked when the dentist said she had 4 loose teeth. I had no idea before then.
If his teeth are loose because of the fall, I would take him to his dentist and get a professional opinion.
i would also make a call to the dentist. if your child has not seen a dentist yet this may be a good time to start routine visits for cleanings and checkups.
If the teeth are just a bit loose they may tighten up again in a day or so. Or it may actually be time for them to come out. My daughter had fallen and it appeared she hit a tooth. It was loose for 3 months before finally coming out. The dentist did check it but since the adult teeth were near anyway, she didn't think we needed to do anything.
I would take him to a pediatric dentist.
If he seems uncomfortable ice the area he may have a bruise. Talk to your family dentist and follow his/her advice.
Poor little guy! (And poor mama!) Hope that everything ends up okay with these teeth so that he can keep them until it's time for them to come out!
It shouldn't. You can always call on a pediatric dentist and see if they want to do an X-ray. We loved the kids pediatric dentist. It was sad when we decided to stop driving 125 miles twice per year for them to see him. He was amazing. They see a family dentist now but they have pretty much all their adult teeth.
