Their little bodies are 'turning on'. Little thigs are normal. If it expands or multiplies take heed. Otherwise, just kisses!

Is your baby breast fed? Babies will get nursing blister on their upper lip in the middle. If that is what it is then it's completely normal and harmless.
It could be the beginnings of a cold sore also... Keep an eye on it and if it doesn't clear up in a few days, take him to the drs... Just for future reference...
How do you get a pimple??? ;) It happens. If it is a pimple it will go away in a few days. If it doesn't, or it gets worse, then it could be something else and you may need to see the dr.
My daughter got a nursing blister once her teeth started coming in...right in the middle of her top lip.
It still could be a fever blister. Unfortunately, just because you don't get them doesn't mean your baby can't...or that you aren't a carrier of the virus. Sorry...I hope that isn't what it is.
Babies have all sorts of little break-outs and ugliness from time to time...it isn't usually anything to be worried about.
it might be the baby's hand, foot and mouth disease. it's just germs that your baby got on their hands, stuck their fingers in their mouths, and somehow stays there for a bit. sometimes it'll look like blisters in their mouth, on their feet and hands. but you should really take your baby to a doctor to make sure.

hi, it could ever well be a cold score or fever blister, just because you don't get them doesn't mean he won't. if it turns into a scab or what looks like a rash on his lip its a cold score. you can use carmax it works pretty well on cold scores.
