My daughter is asking for a Barbie house that she saw on TV for her 5th birthday. She says it is blue, has a toilet (the big seller for her), and a pool. I cannot figure out what she is talking about. I tried looking on the Toys R Us web site but do not see anything like that. Does anyone know what she is referring to, where to get it, how much it costs, and if it is a good buy?

I think she is referring to the Barbie Forever Barbie Totally Real House Playset...I think Amazon or Toy City on line has it. There is no pool...but I think you can purchase that separately. The House looks like it is blue on the inside and a living room, kitchen and a bathroom and such with the toilet, doorbell and washer/dryer that makes noises. I believe it is around $80.00....I hope that this helps.

Hello C., what might help you is, if you have the nick jr channel that is where youll find what shes talking about they always have comercials on stuff that gives kids ideas. but im not sure on the name but it does fold i believe and it does look cool my daughter wants it too.. Hope this helps a litle bit.
Wow! Congrats on the coming baby! I just had my 3rd in July. My kids are 5, 2 1/2 and 7 months. Do you live on the eastside?
As for the Barbie house, there are SEVERAL that are all slightly different. There are wooden ones and plastic ones that are all designed for Barbie dolls. I bought my daughter hers at Costco for Christmas for $70 (half the price of the Toys R Us version). It has a toilet, bathrub, elevator, stairs, couch, bed, vanity, dining table with two chairs, sofa, outdoor picnic umbrella, houseplant, etc. It is as tall as she is. She and her brother both play with it and they love it (it comes with all the furniture). I highly recommend it.

Barbie My House..30 bucks...it has a toilet, I noticed it in the commercial. It's modular.

Wow, I kinda want that second one for myself LOL. Good luck, I'm sure she'll be blown away by whatever you get on her birthday! My daughter wanted the Barbie Mariposa doll, I got her the mini-doll set because she really doesn't play with the large Barbies she has already (she's almost 4), but she does love carrying around little figurines, so we'll see. They have no idea the lengths we go to make them happy!

My daughter has a Fischer Price Little People house with a blue roof, a toilet and a pool. Is it possible this is what your daughter saw? Mine just got hers for Christmas, so it should still be available.
