Hi, Good moring to all moms and a thank you for all your kinds suggestions and opinions on my request below. I am relocating to Atlanta this year by june month end. The areas of interest are the Cumming or Alpharetta. I've done some research for elementary schools and I've came up with the following schools of choice for my children. I have a boy who will be turning 4yrs in September and my daughter will be 8yrs in November. I'm looking to rent an apartment in a family friendly neighborhood until I can purchase a home. My schools of choice are:
Big Creek Elementary School
Chattahoochee Elementary School
Daves Creek Elementary School
Forsyth County Academy
Liberty Middle School
The above for cumming area. For Alpharetta the following are below:
Alpharetta Elementary School
Crabapple Crossing Elementary School
Creek View Elementary School
Dolvin Elementary School
What neighborhoods have apartment rental or townhouse rental in both cumming and alpharetta that I'm able for my children to attend one of the above schools. I really appreciate all your recommendations.

I am unaware of rental properties but want to tell you BIG CREEK ELEMENTARY is one of the finest schools in the area! The teachers and administration are AWESOME! They have a fine balance of academics and arts and are a recognized school. We couldn't be happier and the BEST Kindergarten teacher there is Ms. Auburn Hemsley! Best of luck to you! L.

Check out the apartments on Windermere Pkwy at Prston Pointe. They feed into Daves Creek (which is an excellent school and also South Forsyth Middle, also excellent.) We live in Three Chimneys (off Windermere Pkwy) and until this year, our neighborhood went to both the above schools for the past 10 years. We now go to Sharon Elm but still feed into SF Middle. Sharon is also a good school, but I am unaware of any rentals feeding into it. Good Luck!
I am in Norcross, just around the corner from Alpharetta, and i LOVE my apartment complex. It is called Amli at River Park and it is fantastic. Otherwise, go by school system. Try and find a place near Barnwell Elementary School or Hillside Elementary School.
