If you can't get it out, you could try taking a bleach pen to the white parts, and a sharpie to the black part and color over the stain. Might not be perfect, but I'm sure it would be better than a (whatever color) stain...
My DS got some popsicle juice on my zebra rug in front of the tv.........standard cleaner is not doing the trick.....Can you offer the best advice to get it out?

My mom says baking soda and a very small amount of water will get many things out. But you have to scrub at it. The kind of cleaners that work on upholstery and sofas might also work. Can not remember the brand name for that. In a spray bottle.
Try Glass Plus or Windex...
I love Spot Shot. You can find it in any grocery store in the cleaning supply section.
I used this to get red gatorade out of our carpet and couldn't believe it really works. Put some dawn dishwashing liquid into a spray bottle and dilute with warm water. Then spray the stained area of your carpet. Let it sit for a few minutes and get your iron out. Put your iron on the hottest steam setting. After it warms up, lay a white towel on the stain and then iron it out. Make sure it's white so you don't transfer any dies onto the carpet. Then throw the towel(s) into the washer with bleach and the stain is gone. Good luck!!!
