Best Stain Remover

Hi A.....I recommend using Shout Advanced, action Gel. I use it on stuff that I know has a stain on it before I wash it or if it's a set in stain....works great! Good luck!

I usually use Goo-Gone for my stains, and it works really well on ALL my stains. Also, I was having the same problem and stains were just showing up on my clothes. The colprete was my washer the bearings were going bad and losing a little bit of grease during the wash. You might want to check that. Good Luck,

Love the product Totally Toddler. You can only buy it at Babies r Us and sometimes they carry it at Toys r Us. It works on everything.
LOVE IT!!!! Our baby has very bad reflux and this stuff takes put all of her stains. I have even used it on adult clothes and it works like a charm. Try it out. I think you will love it as much as I do.

I make a homemade stain remover. It is 1/3 part liquid Wisk, 1/3 part clear ammonia, and 1/3 part tap water. Just mix it up and put in a spray bottle.

I usually pre-treat my laundry before I wash. After the wash, I check the stains. Anything that is still stained, I treat again. Some really bad stains need to sit overnight, but in the end, the stains keep getting smaller and smaller.

Another thing that you can do is "back out" the stain with boiling water. Just turn the item inside out and pour the boiling water onto the stain. That worked on a white dress that my infant daughter wore while eating fresh Cherries.

I keep an arsenal of stain removers next to my washer for different types of stains. My family, including my mom, calls me the "stain queen" because I've been able to get just about any stain anyone has ever brought me.
1. I use Goo Gone for grease or sticky stains (glue, chewing gum, etc.).
2. Pretreating clothes is also very important, I use Spray & Wash for most everything. There is also a Spray & Wash stick that you can use to treat stains you can't get out right away. I've pretreated clothes with this and left it in the hamper up to a week before washing.
3. For specially difficult spots on white clothes, specially those that I don't know where they came from and have probably been there for a while, I use the Clorox Pen.
4. If you have pen ink on a stain, use hairspray on it. It looks worse before it gets better, since the ink begins to spread, but keep spraying hairspray and hand wash it in cold water with detergent until it comes out. With this, the fresher the stain, the better it works.
5. Finally, I use OxiClean for any organic stains (food, baby spit, etc). You can either dilute it in hot water in a spray or squeeze bottle (the box has instructions for different stregths) or throw some in as a laundry booster. I specially love Oxiclean because it's gentle with all clothes, even those very delicate items.

Oxy Clean in the laundry section. $1.78. I use it on diesel fuel, hydrolic fuel, grass stains, blood stains, everything. Even on my carpet when shampooing it. Works great. But if the stain is not on your shirt before going into the washer and coming out with it then your washer could have bad dogs in it or be leaking oil from the agitator. I would check my clothes before washing and see. If it happens in the wash I would call a repair man.

A...I have had the same problems and I found a product that works on most everythimg. Including blood(STILL WASHED IN COLD WATER) to axel greese to like I said most everything as long as you catch it before you wash and dry it once because that will set in the stain. The product is called "Goo Gone" I find it now at Walmart. At one time I could find it at "The Dollar Store" but now thats a hit and miss.Walmart is a sure thing.It is inexpensive and a little goes along way. It is gentle enough to use on expensive clothing including silk.Just pour or spray it on and gently rub in. You can pre-treat early or as soon as you're throwing it into the laundry. I swear on this stuff and have turned many of my friends on to this.Won't hurt to try. Let me know how it works for you...good luck.....
