I didn't have a c-section, but i did gain about 60lbs when i had my son. I joined Jenny Craig and i have lost almost all of my weight and he is only 8 months old. I also go to the gym everyday, which helps a lot. One thing i learned through jenny craig is women are suppoce to only eat about 1500 calories a day and i eat 6 small meals throughout the day so i don't binge eat b/c i am never starving. If i need a snack i eat those 100 calorie snack packs b/c they are controled and you don't have a whole bag of potatoe chips in front of you and get carried away. Also, i snack on fruit or veggies. Also, do lots of cardio....because it is all about calorie input and calorie output. It will be a gradual process, but i have learned a whole new lifestyle when it comes to food. I lose about 2lbs a week, which is the healthy way to lose it. I wish you the best of luck....it is really frustrating trying to lose the weight...so keep trying and you will get there!!!
Here are a couple suggestions for ab exercises:
Lay on the ground and place your hands under your back for support. Your legs should be extended straight in front of you. Lift your legs off the ground slightly and make a scissor motion. This will work your lower stomach.
Another exercise to work the lower stomach is lay on the ground with both hands under neck and legs extended straight above head(you are making an L shape with your body). Then lift your legs straight up using stomach muscles, almost like you are making a stamp with your feet on the ceiling.
