Yes, there is a chance you are pregnant.
I got pregnant on ortho tricyclen 2 times. I am certain it is because I did not take my pill at the same time every day. Luckily I was married and in a good place in life. The lesson learned is, you cannot be half-assed with birth control. You need to learn what medications can take away its effectiveness, and you need to take it at the same time EVERY day. You need to double up on bc methods (use a condom) if there is any doubt. Otherwise, you have a very good chance of becoming pregnant.

The word for people who are as forgetful about birth control as you are is "parent." You either need to learn to take the pill consistently like a real grown up or not have sex.

The answer is that of course there's a chance you could be pregnant. Women get pregnant on the pill all the time, especially when they don't follow the directions.

If you have a uterus, haven't gone through menopause, and are having sex there's ALWAYS a chance you can be pregnant.

Is there a chance you're pregnant? YES.

You're having sex AND missing pills. So of course there's a chance you are pregnant.

You can always get a home pregnancy test to check. or just wait and see if you get your period this month.

I'd highly recommend adding a condom to your birth control regime to make sure that even if you miss a pill ... you're covered.

I have a friend that had her tubes tied and ended up getting pregnant again. You and your bf both have all the working parts and are having sex -there is a chance you could get pg. Not following the directions on your bc only increases those chances. Doesn't mean you are pg but your question asks if there is a chance you are pg and the obvious answer is yes.

For me the 3rd week of my cycle was always my most fertile time -according to your post you would be entering your 3rd week so if you don't want to have a baby you may want to be careful this coming week.

Is there another pill your BC you could use? The patch is one, you use it for 3 weeks and then have a week without. Just like the pill, but hey, much harder to forget. Or, you could try the Nuvaring, same thing, but not on the skin, it goes inside the vagina. This is what I use personally, and I think it is probably the best out there besides a vasectomy.

I think you need to talk to your doctor about having something that is so time specific dependent. It really sounds like this is not the best idea for you.

Yes, it is very possible you are pregnant. Likely even if all things worked well since it should be the week you were ovulating, and the pill wasn't regular enough to completely stop it.

There is also this other thing you can take called Plan B that is basically a big does of birth control and if possible it will stop ovulation, but it has to be used within 72 hours of sex. This is pretty affective and a good back up plan. BACK UP plan.
