I Scream, Ice Cream! GREAT for that age group. Here's a review:

And VERY affordable for a packaged party. Not very formal, but that's also good for that age group.
I am looking for some suggestions for possible birthday party ideas! I am too pregnant to clean my house and have the party here, so I want something easy to do out of the house. Chuck E Cheese type parties are really not what I am looking for because they are just too chaotic! My twins will be turning 3 so the majority of the guests will be fellow 3 year olds. I just want someplace easy and fun where they can play and have cake, with out having to clean my house! The party would be in two week so having it outside at a park is pretty much out because it is always so windy around their birthday in Abq!
Thanks everyone for your replies! I called I Scream and I think we are going to have the party there. I love the idea of supporting a local business and at the age of 3, I think it is about all they really need in a party! I called Saga also, but their party is for a min of 10 and since my kids are twins, those numbers quickly add up just by inviting a few of our closest friends who also have twins. My 5 year old has requested a bowling party for his bday in Sept so that is definately one we are going to try out in a few months! I am too pregnant right now to participate in a Gymboree party, although we have attended some and they are fun, I would just feel bad not being able to do much with the kiddos!
Thanks again for the suggestions!

I would say Gymboree is more like a park, but inside with tumbling mats & the party part is more organized with teachers & singing & playing. It's a lot of fun for the kids. I'm actually taking my daughter to one next weekend. My friend had her 4 yr old's bday party at a bowling alley. They have pkgs & offer discounted food. They give you an area for cake & you can get ramps & bumpers for the lane.
How about McDonalds? There are a few packages you can choose from. They even make a cake for you and you get full run of the play area. My daughter (almost 12) was turning 3 when we did that for her. She loved it.
Do you have a friend or relative who would be willing to trade places for a day? They could have the party and do the work in exchange for your doing the same at a given time in the future. Mom swap!
The zoo has birthday packages or you can just bring your own stuff in for the party, or the aquarium. I know Explora does a birthday party for preschoolers too. The weather has been nice so you could go to a park too. Good luck with the party!
There is a great place called "Gymboree" near Osuna and Jefferson. It is basically a hands on birthday party which includes tea parties, dress up, they have a HUGE parachute that everyone stands around and lifts it up into the air and get under it. It's really fun and the parents get involved. It's great for boys and girls combined, seeing as how I don't think your boys would be interested in dress up or tea parties! They have stuff for boys as well. It's kind of like Chuck E Chesses, but without the choas! Good luck!
