My boobs got a little bigger during pregnancy, but the real change was when my milk came in. I'm still nursing, so I don't know if they will get smaller when I wean or not, but I'm guessing not, since I'm large chested to begin with. My feet maybe grew a half a size. Obviously, the changes in your breast size go with the territory of motherhood, and their return to "normal," I think, depends on their composition. Some women have firm breast tissue, others more fatty, and so on. I would guess that those with firmer, perkier breasts to start with would have a better recovery after nursing, but each person is different and I really have nothing to base that on. As far as feet go, it is very normal for your feet to get bigger after pregnancy because the hormones that your body makes to loosen your hips up preparing for birth unfortunately doesn't discriminate between which ligaments are affected, and for some, the feet never completely recover.
