We are moving soon to Ohio and need to find an excellent Realtor to sell our condo. We have an appointment Monday with a Realtor from Coldwell Banker, but my husband wants to interview 2 more. Thanks for your help!
I highly recommend Holly Pickens with Baird and Warner. We purchased our first house with her back in November and she was terrific. We would definitely use her if we buy another home or sell our current home. She is very knowledgable and helpful and really knows what she is doing.
My sister and parents have used a realtor "Century 21 Grande". They are out of Chicago, however, they both have used a realtor by the name of Rafael Vargas to buy and sell their homes (one in Chicago, one in Romeoville to buy 2 homes in Bolingbrook). All I have is his cellphone number which is ###-###-####. I know he has sold several homes in Bolingbrook - I think he goes all over the Chicago metro area. Good luck!!

I have the best realtor! She was there for us through thick and thin and is just a ball of energy. Her name is Patti Schiavone. She's from Remax of Naperville. When my house was for sale, it sat for 6 months with a different realtor. We hired Patti and it sold in 6 DAYS! She can sell!
