I'd go with the yogurt, too, if you can get her to eat it.
Dairy is probably okay, but if she has had severely liquid, it will take a while for her to be able to digest this normally again. Humans can't technically digest dairy - we have little bacteria in our intestines that help us do this (which is what "lactose intolerance" really is - folks with this, for whatever reason, don't host that particular bacteria very well). Sometimes with severe diarrhea, that bacteria gets "washed out." It'll come back, but the probiotics in yogurt are one of the sources for that bacteria, so that will help boost the colony. (It's also why antibiotics give you an upset tummy - it kills good bacteria as well as bad.)
