Broad Ripple Daycare??

I live in Broad Ripple and have a 23 mth old son. I am working only part time right, so my childcare needs are only part time at this point. However, that could change in the next few weeks.
I would like to find affordable, experienced childcare that is close to me. Generally, my needs would be 8am - 5pm. Somedays could be shorter. If anyone knows of someone or has any suggestions, I would appreciate it.

I am also working part-time, alternating between 2 days one week, 3 the next, and back to 2.
I am going to call Butler University on Friday to try to find someone for over the summer. I have a 6 year old and almost 4 year old. I will be covered once school starts again.
My idea is to try to find someone I can share a babysitter with. That way we can provide the person with full-time work. My schedule is posted 6 weeks in advance, so it could be easy to cooridinate.
Any thoughts?

I'm in Broad Ripple as well. The only day care I've looked into is Polly Panda on 56th. It's $800 a month for full time daycare and I've heard good things about it. I have a newborn and am dreading the thought of having to go back to work. I'm currently trying to find a way to work from home or a less expensive daycare alternative. Let me know what you find out! Thanks

I would try calling some of the churches that have playground equipment outside. They are usually willing to work with your finanacial needs.
