You can try the Awaken line from Arbonne. It has botanicals like Lemon Grass that keep the bugs away. Its great stuff. I use it on my family all the time. If you are interested let me know....C. ###-###-####..I am a consultant.
My three year old son has been getting bug bites. He's got four on his legs, three on his arms, two on his neck...they just keep appearing one or two a day. I have no idea what they are...?? They look like chicken pox and they don't seem to be going away. He doesn't itch them at all. They aren't particularly red... hard raised bumps much like a zit or pimple. The older bites are just turning into scabs. Strange. Hmm...Does anybody have advice? Thanks!
Thanks for your comments...
I'm not too concerned, just really curious about what it could be.
I THINK IT WAS ANTS NEAR THE BASEBOARDS! I have sprayed all over with bug stop and no more mysterious bites!

Sounds like chiggars to me. This article might help you determine if that's the problem.

Good Luck!
MT - I don't know if you were exxagerating about them looking like chicken pox, but here are some signs that it may be...
Slight fever, blister-type rash, scabs form after the blister stage, spots or blisters usually appear first on the body, face, and scalp, then later they spread to the limbs.
If this is the case, make sure to cut his fingernails short to prevent scratching. Calamine lotion or baking soda may help prevent itching.
I hope for you that this is not the case, but if it is, better to get it over with while he is still very young!
It could be small mosquito bites - they seem to be particularly bad this year... my daughter got so many that one woman actually asked me if she was getting over the chicken pox! But another possibility is fleas. Are there any animals around your son? The fleas seem to be a little worse this year, too and on some people they can leave small bites (other people seem not to be bothered by them, don't know why).
If you do suspect bedbugs, here are a couple of links that might help in identifying if you have them:
http://www.uos.harvard.edu/ehs/pes_bedbug.shtml#
http://www.doyourownpestcontrol.com/bed-bugs.htm (scroll about a third of the way down to the boxed area to see a picture of the stains commonly left by the bugs as often you won't see the bugs themselves).
Have you introduced anything new in the house that might have had mites in it? There are several kinds of mites that can leave small marks as well.
That's all I can think of... I hope you figure it out.
