Hello mom's!
My husband, family, & I are moving back to Tulsa & looking for a GREAT Bible church or Non-denominational church. We grew up in Tulsa & still have plenty of family there so we have a basic knowledge of the bigger churches. We currently live in Fort Worth & just love or bible church & as excited as we are to come back home, we will be very sad to leave our church.
We are not big on the mega churches, we like a somewhat traditional service, love the choir, & want to learn from an educated Pastor who teaches what the bibles says & not his interpretation. It also needs to have a great focus on the development of the children. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

Christian Chapel between 71st and 81st just west of Memorial is a non-denominational Christian church with a great youth program and kids program. We don't go there but I have known a lot of families that have and my son was involved in their youth program as he liked it better that the one at our church. I have met and talked with many of the kids as it is in the back part of our neighborhood. It backs up to a park and has a great playground at the church. People there have always been involved in the community and are really friendly. Good luck and welcome back!

We love The Church at Battle Creek! Dr. Alex is an amazing speaker - and it's just a very "REAL" church - come as you are in jeans and just worship the Lord. Getting involved in a community group is VITAL - and you'd be more than welcome to try any of them out - especially ours! :) Their website is www.tcabc.com and I recommend them VERY highly - their kids/youth programming is just AWESOME!!! They are located off the BA Expressway at Aspen (145th). If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact me - I'd love to answer any of them for you.

Our Finest Hour Church located on Highway 51 between Broken Arrow & Coweta just West of 111th and the New Super Wal-mart.
My husband I have been attending there for about 4 months now and the Pastors are really awesome The Senior Pastor is Jerry Zirkle, His son is currently the Pastor and his name is Dan Zirkle. They are very friendly and everyone is like one big family and everyone has made us feel very welcomed there. The Nursery & children's workers are all so sweet and caring. I have a 9yr old, 2yr old, and 15month old. My 9 year old begged us to go back after attending the first service. I will pray for you and your family that you will find the perfect church. Good Luck & God Bless. The churches website is www.ofhchurch.com

Church at Battle Creek is a great church. Dr Alex is a wonderful pastor and the children's programs are phenomenal. Unlike any other church I've attended. Please give it a try. You can get more info at tcabc.com. You can even listen to sermons online.
