I know you can get pregnant pretty much right away, one week, I don't know. I had a miscarriage at 4 1/2 months and was pregnant by the next month so I had to be pretty close to a week or two after the miscarriage that I conceived. Just wait a week or so and do a test.

Good luck!

I've read that you are at your most fertile after a miscarriage, so it is definitely possible... I will keep my fingers crossed for you. :)

I had a miscarriage on 5/31 and on 6/13, I was pregnant again. I unfortunately lost that one too. One week since is pretty rare, but 2 weeks later is pretty common as I've heard (and dealt with).

You posted questions before about how to wait after miscarriage. You need to have two to three normal periods before trying to get pregnant again. If you do not wait you will have a greater chance of miscarriage again. It is not good to not let your body heal before trying to conceive again. If you do get preganant,I hope you will take care of yourself and get prenatal care. I do not know if you can pregnant a week after miscarriage. I would say no because you need to ovulate to get pregnant.

You really need to wait till your numbers are back to 0 before trying. You could have tubal and you need to watch your numbers so you would know. But you can get pregnant anytime you O after your m/c. Based on how far along you were at the time or your m/c your doctor will tell you how long they want you to wait to try again. You need time for your lining to grow back before your body can carry a keeper.

I'm sorry about your miscarriage. Sometimes it's good to wait a full month before having sex without contraception, just to let your body return to normal. Your bleeding and cramping could be related to implantation, or residual effects from the miscarriage, or your body resuming normal cycles and ovulation. Women should always assume that they can get pregnant any time, including right after a miscarriage or even a birth. Everyone is different. Take care of yourself as if you are pregnant, then do a pregnancy test. If you are NOT pregnant, try waiting a month or so (for one normal period) before you have unprotected sex. When you get pregnant again, you want to be in the best possible shape and not be in this state of confusing symptoms. Good luck to you.
