We did. We just had him tilted back a little, and the head guard (or a rolled up towel)...so he didn'r HAVE to hold his head up all the time.
I have a travel system stroller, and my little guy is really interested in what is going on outside..he can't really see it from the carrier part of the stroller is it ok for me to put him in the regular part? p.s. he can hold his head up pretty well!

I had my daughter in one at 4 months old and my son around 3 months old. We just stuffed a blanket around thier waste so they weren't too wobbly
yes you can! :) if you need to just recline the set.
I was told Many of times to wait until 6 months when the back is developed and stronger.
All three of mine started to get put in the stroller without the carrier about that age. Just recline the seat back a bit so he isn't likely to go head first into the tray and use either rolled up hand towels or receiving blankets for support.
Keep your eye on him though and make sure you use the belt even at this age. My second one loved to grab the tray in front of him and pull himself forward and then would get "stuck" sideways with his head hanging out the side. The belt always kept him in place, but I had to consistently keep an eye on him to make sure he didn't get twisted, lol.
have fun!
