I went a couple of years ago and stayed at the Kristal. It was a blast! Everyone there was VERY nice and it is right in the middle of everything!! Just a suggestion.. here is a site where you can view pictures if you want..

If you decide to go 30 minutes outside of Cancun and stay in Playa you would love it!! We stay at the Royal Porto Real it's an all inclusive and it is great! You can also google "kid friendly hotels in Cancun" and they should give you some fun options. Good Luck! I'm jealous!!!!!!
