I know things are inflated but come on! Even to get my car washed now it is $7.00. I used to go to Star Wash but it is so far away from me now. Any ideas for a $5.00 car wash / vacuum.

What can I do next?

So I'm not trying to be a smart aleck but in my opinion the best and cheapest option, if it's possible for you, would be to wash it yourself at home and vacuum it yourself. Not only will it save you some money but it will give you some fresh air and a good tan! I hate going to the car wash because it has gotten so expensive and I've never liked using vacuums at car washes or gas stations because they're a rip-off. I do go through the car wash at the gas station when I get gas, more during the winter, because I save some money on gas. My only other suggestion would be the do-it-yourself washes that usually cost around a dollar or two.

Does your water authority have any coupons? Here is a link to ours. S. if any of these places are also in Utah or look up your water authority. I can drive my car through the wash for $3.
