Hi All - I'm itching to get new carpeting in our home. Can anyone recommend a good company to go to? I have read horror stories on Nationalfloors direct and the box stores like HD and Lowes.

We love Earle's Carpet Cleaning & Upholstery in Rehoboth MA. ###-###-####. We've had them do both installation and carpet cleaning and they are great. Prices are reasonable and the staff is both friendly and professional.
I have used J. Brian Day for all of our rug cleaning and they do a terrific job at that, so if they also install floors, I'm sure they're good for that as well. They don't sell flooring though, I don't think.
Hi, We have used Paramount Rug in Brockton. They were great. They also sell remnants at reduced cost so if you have a smaller room you can probabbly find something to fit.
They are on rt 123 only a few minutes off of rt 24 exit 17A
J. Brian Day in Plainville is a reputable company that does all types of flooring
Hi -
My brother in law had his newly finished basement done by Home Depot and they did a horrible job. They put marks in the new wall, dented the molding, and the carpet wasnt installed correctly.
I'm not sure where you live, but there is a Carpet place in Norwell (off Rt. 3 by Hanover) called Kent's Carpetland. I have had them install a rug and they were very professional and did a great job.

That is there website. I'm not sure how far they will travel, but I have had great experience there!
Good Luck!
