If you are concerned, take another pregnancy test. The lines should come fast and dark by this stage. Anything other than that, I would contact the doctor.
Hi Everyone,
I found out last week that I am pregnant for the second time. I thought that I had eaten something to upset my stomach, missed my period, and have taken 4 positive pregnancy tests (yes, 4, haha!). So, it turned out that I was about 5 weeks along according to my LMP. For a week I felt pregnant - nausea, food aversions, exhaustion. Then, just as suddenly as it began, my symptoms seem to have stopped. (I should be 6 weeks now). The only remaining symptom is the heavy sleep and funny dreams that I have while pregnant. Otherwise I feel great - I have more energy, can eat anything, and my son threw up on me the other day and it did not even phase me! Granted, with my first pregnancy I had very little morning sickness. I never threw up, only gagged a lot, but I did have a lot of aversions to tastes and smells. I know that every pregnancy is different, but I'm worried. I have a doctor's appointment scheduled for later this month, but I'm wondering if this is a big deal and I should go in sooner. I have had no bleeding or cramping whatsoever, other than a little discomfort from what seems to be gas (sorry for the TMI). Has anyone else had this happen? Thanks in advance!

Yeah, I lost my symptoms twice in the first tri, but they always came back with a vengeance a week or so later. lol. I'm now in my third tri, and everything's going great. Just did the glucose test, in fact (ew). Don't worry!
my first pregnancy i felt no different except in the last trimester when i started getting big. my second i was sick through the entire pregnancy and def. knew i was pregnant, my third i had a little morning sickness but wasnt bad at all compared to my second. every one is different
Absolutely. And I have two friends who are pregnant right now (2nd and 3rd trimesters) and they had the same thing happen to them. I know it's nerve wracking but from what I understand, TOTALLY normal.
