I honestly don't have an exact answer, but I would suggest introducing others slowly. I started using those Nuby juice cups b/c they have a soft nipple similar to a bottle, but they are different from bottles. You can only find those at places like K-mart and I think Wal-Mart. I think I've seen them at CVS also.

So, you have recently moved to Flat Rock?? I would love to meet sometime. I have a 3 year old and a almost 2 year old, both boys. I do work full time in Asheville right now, though, but I am free some weekends and some evenings. Would love to meet you and your lovely daughter. Maybe at the fletcher park or soemthing. You can email me at ____@____.com if you're interested. :)

I am a working mother of two boys, happily married and live on a Christian camp!!

Go with her to the store and let her pick out her own "big girl" sippy cups. Try to get some with decent inserts also. Then let her help you pack all of her bottles into a plastic bag for the "bottle fairy". Pick a special place for the "fairy" to pick them up from and make a big deal about a special surprise. Then leave the bag there, and have a surprise in the place of the bag later for her to find. This makes it a game. Good luck.

PS where are you located?

I am a preschool teacher at a wonderful school. It is a preschool and unfortunately does not operate in the summer months. I don't know where you live, but the name of the program is First Presbyterian Child development. Our number is ###-###-#### and my name is R.. My daughter is now 12 but she also liked milk in her bottle till the age of 3. I weaned her off by replacing the milk with water. No exceptions. If she wanted the bottle she had to have water.
Hugs,
R.
