Children's Sunscreen for Sensitive Skin?

My daughter broke out in a rash the couple of times I tried Water Babies and other children's sunscreen products last summer. Does anyone know of a more natural, mild sunscreen that still works well? I have used the Arbonne sunscreen on her which works great, but is pretty pricey. Thanks, ladies!!

What can I do next?

My son breaks out with Water Babies as well so we've tried them all. I sell Mary Kay and use that on him for outside play but even though it's waterproof, wanted something with a higher SPF for the pool. We've had good luck with Banana Boat Kids spray, Bull Frog spray, and Aveeno Baby. I prefer the little sticks for his face. (We spend a lot of time at the pool!) I've also heard Blue Lizard Kids works really well (I've seen it at Ulta and I think CVS).

You might try Banana Boat Baby SPF 50 - on sale for $10 for 2 at Target. I bought it for my daughter and tested it on her and it worked great! We both have very sensitive skin. Also, it contains titanium dioxide and doesn't have Oxybenzone in it which has been reported to get into your blood stream. Who knows, just better to be safe than sorry.

Hi, we had the same issue with my daughter. I am currently using Neutrogena Pure & Free Baby spf60. So far she's had no breakouts or rashes like she was having previously with all the other sunscreens we've tried.

Try Aveeno for babies. My only complaint is that it balls up when sweaty, but it works well for my fair skinned gal.

You have to use a PABA FREE Sunscreen. I found a Banana Boat brand that reads PABA FREE. Arbonne is really good too.

Hey C., my little girl has VERY sensitive skin also, we use the Aveeno 70spf on her, it's for children. Good Luck, I know it took us awhile to find what we were needing. Have a nice summer....
