go see Dr. Mark Hopkins. His office is north of Warner on Alma School. He has 30+ years experience and actually spends TIME with you. I'm an insurance agent and I send all my clients to him who have been in car accidents and everyone loves him! You also don't need insurance, he has a very cheap cash plan, lower than most co pays and you DO NOT pay up front!!! His office number is ###-###-####. Tell him F. the insurance agent sent you! Good luck!

Sorry I didn't have time to answer yesterday. I have a great chiropractor. His name is Dr. De La Fe. He is located off of Baseline between ValVista and Lindsay (Dana Park). I like him because he sticks to the basics. He doesn't try to sell you all kinds of fancy stuff. Instead he gives you exercises to help strengthen the muscles that keep your back in line. His goal is not to keep you coming back but to get you to where you only need occaissional maintenance. He has helped me with lower back pain, neck pain, tight muscles, and carpel tunnel. Currently, he is treating my daughters scoliosis. You can check him out at www.backfxr.com

I highly recommend Dr. Dan Carlow at Islands Chiropractic. The number is ###-###-####. His office is at the corner if Elliot and McQueen roads. Both my husband and I, as well as many of our neighbors, go to him. He and his staff are the best.

Dr. Carlow treats my husband for his moderate to severe scoliosis. I go to him for periodic adjustments for the effects of poor posture and repetitive stress (I sit at the computer all day). He also treats children, including his own six!

Dr. Bogash on Alma School and Baseline is the best chiropractor I have ever been to, bar none! He is able to gently adjust places other docs never come close to. I don't "highly recommend" many people, but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him. His number is ###-###-####.

My sister has had 150+ surgeries and her body is filled with scar tissue which causes her a great deal of pain at times. She has tried many things, but Dr. Bogash is the only thing she has found to help her.

I hated chiros - they messed me up as a gymnast teenager...until I found
Dr. Joseph Schnebly. He is wonderful. He only does what is needed. Does not try to sell you on anything else. Does not set you up on a maintenance plan. He's quick but gentle. He is a family guy and sweet as can be. You will not be intimidated by him. He answers your questions and explains things in non-doctor terms. Only drawback...His hours are limited to evenings because he works at the VA hospital during the daytime. Office is located near Southern and Gilbert Rd.

Best!
