I'm not sure of the accuracy of it but www.mymonthlycycles.com has so many tracking options from ovulation to tracking a menstral cycle. I use it to predict my next cycle. Take a look and good luck.
Has anybody used any kind of callendar with a reliable result to concieve a child of specific gender? Or any other tool that helps to predict gender.

Hi Myra,
As a nurse midwife, I highly recommend the book, Taking Charge of Your Fertility, by Toni Weschler. It will give you all the information you need. It works about 70% of the time. It is harder to conceive for a girl and entails knowing your fertility well. Get the book. It is your best resource. D.
I have yet to find an accurate one. Every one I have seen, said all 3 of my boys should have been girls, and said this baby should have been a boy, but we are having a girl!! =)
Good Luck!!
to have a girl, have sex day 10 after your period.
Oh I have a GREAT one!!!

It's actually worked on everyone I knew!! Enter the information and it'll give you a years worth of gender predictions. So you can try and conceive in that time frame. The way it goes is any births leading up to a full moon is BOY and any births after the full moon is a girl.
I'm due August 16th this year and it says girl, although I have not gone for my U/S yet I cannot confirm, but I already have a little boy and that came out correctly.
Hope this helps!

Instead of charging temp, I would recommend using ovulation sticks. When I charted temp, I thought I ovulated on day 17. When I used the ovulation stick, I found out I ovulated on day 11 (you can find them by the pregnancy tests in the store). My DR said if we wanted to try for a girl to have sex from the day your period ended until about 2 days before you ovulate. If you want to try for a boy, have sex starting the day the ovulation stick turns positive. We tried this method for a boy and got a boy. From his observation, my DR felt this method worked about 60% of the time. You can google "how to have a girl" or "how to have a boy" and find all kinds of methods and advice. Thanks!
Don't think it is possible. But recently they have come out with studies that say high calories at breakfast time makes you more likely to have a boy. After I thought about it, I concluded that it seemed to fit my family scenario. We have two girls in which I never ate breakfast when I concieved...then this last child I always ate breakfast because of the girls and we concieved a boy. Maybe it worked, maybe it didn't.
Generic calanders don't work unless you ovulate on day 14 of your cycle and have a 14 day luteal phase. Try reading the tutorials on www.fertilityfriend.com or read the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility.
The ONLY way to know if/when you ovulate (for sure) is to take your basal body temperature.
A step above an ovulation calander (not reiable for most, women at all) is Ovulation predictor kits or OPKs. They measure the hormone that builds up just before you are about to ovulate. They can be expensive but they are more reiable than ovulation calanders.
My mom said that's why she had two girls.
Took her temp for a year, she was very regular...dunno the rest!
Yes, I have successfully used this method twice. It is too much to explain in writing. If you are interested, we can talk by phone............C.. You can contact me by email ............ ____@____.com.......it does have to do with your monthly cycle and closer to ovulation the greater chance of a boy. You have to keep a monthly ovulation chart and use a thermometer every morning.
