don't know your budget but rib eye turns out great
Pre cook ribs if you do those...
If you do chicken marinate the night before in some salt, pepper, garlic, a little dried chicken bouillion and a bit of onion powder
marinade skirt steak in beer with garlic cloves, some squeezed lemon, salt pepper, onions and dash of soy sauce
WOW, I am now very hungry!!!

chicken tenders marinated in teriyaki or just coated in olive oil and some herbs (whatever you have, but rosemary or Italian seasoning are good).

Salmon - either small steaks or chunks on kabobs.

Kabobs are easy - I actually don't alternate all the veggies & meat was they take different cooking times - I put chicken chunks on one sets of skewers, peppers & onions on another, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes on another, etc. I also do potatoes on kabobs too - chunks of sweet potato and red bliss, whatever you want. You can also use fingerling potatoes or whole baby potatoes & onions. The red/white/blue ones look cool too. Skip the potatoes if others are preparing potato dishes.

Just take everything off the skewers in sections, and let people serve up what they like. It makes it fun for the kids who don't always eat everything or don't like when their "yuck" foods touch their "yum" foods.

We do pork tenderloin a lot. Archer farms has some yummy already marinated ones if you don't have time to let one sit in a marinade. Easy and tasty!

you can really snazz up 'just burgers' by doing gourmet burgers! i do both really good quality ground beef and veggie burgers, and create a table of cool toppings- grilled veggies, sundried tomatoes, bacon, avocado, sprouts, pineapple, mangoes, baked apple slices, an assortment of excellent cheeses and have a blast creating lots of sauces (bbq, yogurt mint, blue cheese, jalapeno ranch) etc.

Kabobs! You could marinate chicken and steak in italian dressing and put them on a kabob stick with onions, mushrooms, bellpeppers etc. Yum!

Chicken brats. I've had some really good ones with various flavors added from a good butcher shop.

Marinated shrimp, if your family likes it.

Flank steak cooks really nicely on the grill. Alos, thin sliced chicken is easy and really quick. Marinade in ceaser dressing - yum! Italian sausage on crusty rolls with onions! London Broil, lamb chops - you name it, you can put it on the grill. One of my friends makes pizza on the grill.

Marinade meats in teriaki or italian dressing!!

Wish my grill was ready for the summer but it's still under it's winter cover!

There's TONS of stuff you can do on the grill- roast pork, turkey breast, chicken... it is only as limited as your imagination!! Sausage, kababs.

Google recipes or go to Foodtv.com and get some ideas.

I made pork and pineapple kababs before Easter and they are some of my families favorites. Super easy and pineapple is in season right now. Soak your skewers in water for a half hour, alternate pork, sliced onion, pineapple on skewers, season with salt and pepper, brush with pineapple juice-honey-coconut oil (if you have some) when on the grill. SUPER yummy!
