Mostly-every pregnancy is different-but my prediction is that you will have a beautiful baby in September!
I am 26 weeks pregnant with my second child. I have not gained as much weight with this pregnancy as I did my first. I am so busy with my 10 month old that I am staying in better shape then I did with my 1st pregnancy when I just sat at my desk job all day, My feelings are that I feel further along than they say I am. My belly is as big as I was with my son when I was 30 weeks but my butt and hips have not gotten nearly as big as they did with my first. Also my 1st ultrasound said I was due Sept. 11th my last ultrasound changed my due date to Sept. 4th. I am feeling a lot more movement and a lot more intense movement then I ever felt with my 1st at this point in the pregnancy. Maybe I am crazy but I just feel like there is no way I am going to carry this baby all the way to September. Has anyone ever been given a due date and then went on to give birth to a full term baby much earlier then predicted? Thanks for any advice!

As for your belly... the stomach muscles never quite return to their original condition so my OB explained that most (not all) women look bigger the second time around.
I'm due Sept 6 with my second and this little guy is constantly moving, and I've been feeling his movement since about 14 weeks. You're probably just more in tune this time around.
My prediction... you'll have a new little one in late Aug or early Sept!
With my first baby, my due date was changed I think like 3-4 times. My original due date was the end of the month. My doc scheduled an induction for the 13th and my water broke on the 5th and he was born on the 6th.
But, with your 2nd, your belly grows much faster and you are more aware of the movements. I am 36wks along and feel the baby move constantly and I have since about 15 wks.
Congrats on your 2nd!!
I think you are also more in tune with your body and what it feels like to have a baby in there. I know I felt more movement with my second than my first and now that I am 29 weeks with my 3rd the movement is even more than I remember.
every pregnancy is different. yes,the stomach will look bigger because your abdominal muscles are stretched from the first pregnancy. this baby could also be a lot more active. they change due dates according to the size of the baby. i was supposed to be due the 8th of july according to my last menstral cycle and they changed it to the 15th. My son did not come until the 19th. the baby could be two weeks early or two weeks late. unfortunately,it is a see and wait type of thing. sounds like your doing and feeling well with this pregnancy. good luck and congrats.
If you are feeling intense movement then you are not further along. The further along you are then there is less room for the baby to move. I would bet your bundle of joy will be sure to greet you in Sept.
I surely did swear I was much further along with my second than my first.
I was much bigger with my first but took much longer to get big. With my second I started popping out immediately and had this basketball that seemed to be big forever. I swore the doctors were wore by as much as a month off! LOL Nope. They were right. I delivered my first 4 days late and my second 4 days early.
Just remember, I've learned from not only my own experience but for many women over the years that every pregnancy is shaped different and grows at different rates. I'm sure you are right on target so no worries!

I'm assuming you don't know the gender, based on how you wrote this? If so, then maybe you're having a girl since you're carrying so differently...
Hard to say- it's true that most women get bigger faster with 2nd pregnancies. I know I did.
With my 4th, I just had a feeling that I wasn't going to make it to my due date, which was March 8th. I was right- I went into labor on Feb. 19th.
Maybe it depends on the reason for the feeling- if it's just your size, and the baby moving a lot, I wouldn't think so. If it's something more- maybe even something you can't explain, then you may very well be right.
Congratulations!!!! :)
Just keep in mind that the ultrasounds aren't always accurate especially when determining size. Our last 2 kids were supposed to each be 10.5 lbs...they were 8lbs 1oz and 8lbs 6oz respectively. I don't know that they're actually changing your due date, but determining that your baby is the size of a baby due on Sept 4.
Best of luck!
Personally, with my second, I was much more aware of everything because i knew what those feelings were (like movement, etc.) where before I didn't know if that was really movement or not. Make sense?
As far as weight gain, I had 2 boys but I hear you carry different with boys & girls...also it sounds as if you got pregnant again right away so maybe your body is just reacting differently to the pregnancies being close together? I dunno :) If you know the date your conceived, then figure out the due date and go with that.
