I went to the local furniture stores. The nicer ones. I found what I wanted and then can be ordered separate from the table. I love the ones I found. I wanted a cushy seat and backs on them. I also wanted a larger seat. I'm not small.
So I ordered them when they were on sale. Almost every single seat I found that I liked was $200 and up. I got the ones I loves for right at $100 each on sale. They even put them together for use.
The nicer stores have awesome sales and they have better people working for them because they work on commission. So they have a vested interest in helping you find exactly what you want.
This is very similar to what I got. Mine is 2 inches deeper and a shade darker wood and actual leather.

This is a set of 2 for $199. To me that's a great deal. Like I said, I waited until the seats I liked were on sale and I knew what I wanted, how much they were, and what I was willing to pay. I also didn't want to have to assemble them...
