Hi
I have a son with down syndrome and was wondering if anyone can recommend a good mixed(with special need kids) day care in the Dallas area.

Hello A.,
We are moving to the uptown area and JUST signed our daughter with a WONDERFUL place. It is called Dallas Day School. www.dallasservices.org. Call Frieda. It is a wonderful place. Also it is by Cityplace. Perfect for special needs children. They are not seperated from normally developing children. You will be VERY HAPPY with them.

Hi A..
I know that Dallas Day School serves special needs children. I visited the school in December and strongly considered it for my three year old daughter, but it was too far out of the way. The school director is very kind and professional. They are located at 4242 Office Parkway 75204 near City Place (Target off hwy 75).
They have a website.

Good Luck,

If your son is in school, ask his teacher or the counselor at his school. If he's not in school, call your local special ed program and ask them.
