If your looking at center's stay away from ALL New Horizon's the company is horrible. I had my daughter in one, and had really bad things happen, I was also a traveling photographer taking preschool pictures and have been in almost all the New Horizon's in the area and have seen horrible things, I saw a 3 year old get out of the Mall of America location I'm glad I noticed because noone else did. With my own problems I tried to talk to corporate or whatever it is and got absolutely nowhere. Then on the news last night two 4 year olds snuck out of a New Horizon during nap time and walked across the street to Cub to go look at candy that's when a police officer found them. I go could go on and on but I'd stay away.

Children's World is a hit or miss it depends if you find a good director, and staff with low turn over rates.

Especially for Children I loved!

Home daycares I don't know of any around Eden Prairie.

I don't know your budget, but Primrose School of Eden Praire is one of the best. We moved to Eden Prairie from Dallas, and our daughter enjoyed the Primrose School in Dallas so much. They have a wonderful curriculum if you want more of a private school feel and not just a daycare. They finally built a Primrose in Minnesota but it is not near our new home in Carver, so I am not able to use. Schedule a tour. I personally find them the best.

I currently work as an Infant Teacher at New Horizon Academy..I've been there for almost 2 yrs and I also have about 5 years of daycare experience but I would love to see what else is out there.I was wondering if you've ever considered a nanny? I have a 4 month old son and would love to nanny with him..either at my home or the childs. I dont live in Eden Prairie but I live in Chaska..I dont know if thats out if the way for you. First of all Welcome to MN and the area of Eden prairie is a beautiful place to live. My friend whom I met through mamasource and I are working on our daycare license at the moment we should have it in a couple of months but we can care for one family a piece without being licensed. At the moment we only have our kids which ends up being one a piece during the day. I have a huge back yard and tons of toys we live close to the park aswell. We do live in chaska though but it is not far from Eden Prairie if interested we can talk more email me at ____@____.com.
