It was on the Today show this a.m. The idea is old... I was doing this 10 years ago... but her recipe ideas look good. Like the avocado chocolate pudding. That I would really like to try!
The book by Jessica Seinfeld...anyone have it? What do ya'll think about it? Is it as good as Oprah claims? How easy are the recipes? I wordered it today after seeing it on Oprah and can't wait to start using it!

I have heard most of the recipes involve steaming veggies, then pureeing them and freezing for later use to mix into spaghetti sauce, etc. The challenge is, when we cook veggies they lose 80% of the nutrients. Although it's probably better than nothing, eating raw veggies with dip or juicing them is a much better idea. In my house we get our raw veggies in a capsule or gummy treat. Let me tell you, that is the simplest solution I have found!

I haven't tried it yet, but I have ordered it. I am so excited about trying it out ... on my husband! My kids are picky, but he is by far the worst. It makes me smile to think that I might get him to eat some veggies without him ever knowing. I will start w/ the spinach brownies :)
Today for dinner I pureed carrots and green beans to put in my meatballs and my family had not clue. Personal, it favor up the meatballs but could not tell it was carrots and green beans.
